Looking for a Garage

so tomorrow I am going to look at a few different garages to rent. I have been doing mobile detailing and will continue to do so if some clients really want to...
The reason for posting is that I want to know if any of ya'll who have garages would suggest things to look for and/or avoid. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Not sure on price, I am sure they're not cheap...but if you had a garage and needed to expand in a pinch it would be perfect...Or if you operated in a high traffic area, you can customize these and it would be a great attention grabber! Maybe for somebody who moves a lot and details on the side.

Heres what I mean about an attention grabber, like this but on a garage.
