But am looking for some specific features. I prefer 48 oz size. For me that's not too large, not too small. Could go with 1 or 2 quart/liter if necessary. I want a measuring scale going up the tank - this has huge utility for me. I also want a pressure relief valve. I can find sprayers with 2 of these three, but I can't seem to find all three requirements. I have one that works well, but no pressure relief valve. If I can't find what I'm looking for I may drill a hole and add my own. (Maybe use a short tire stem?)

Of course I prefer one that's reliable, decent handle, etc. Cost is not a huge issue for one that is durable.

No idea how I missed that review. Very nicely done. Buying a sprayer or two now. Other than a metal vs. plastic tip, do you know what the practical difference is between the one you reviewed and the HD?

Damn wish I had seen this before I spent 20 bucks on one. May stil buy this one. Great review!

Thank you!

It really depends on the chemicals you plan on using it for - acids vs solvents. For example, if you're intended use is wheel cleaners the acid one should be fine, but if your primanry use will be various APC applications then the solvent one will last longer.

Hope that helps?

Got the Venus Super and a 1L Mercury pro trigger. Both are great. The trigger pump is almost ridiculous in that's immediately obvious how silly other trigger pumps seem after using this one. The Venus Super is very nice. I have to say that I have a pump yard sprayer that works almost as well and that is 30% of the price. But the Kwazar is better in every way and is clearly better quality and has more features. These are fantastic sprayers.

Northern tool would be your best bet.I bought all the war products none lasted that long.

Just looked at Northern Tool. The only handheld sprayers they have in the 1-2L range I already own. The Chapin 1.5L sprayer works pretty well. Doesn't have the features of the Venus. It'll get you buy the way a GG6 DA will get you by - certainly works well enough. Not the best and doesn't do all the things you want it to.
