Looking for advice on minimizing appearance of scratches in plastic trim

See the 1st photo for reference. Any products/techniques that you think will be helpful to minimize the scratches?

I also included some exterior shots of my car with winter tires and rims. The pics were taken with my phone, so not the best quality.

Well, I ended up putting on 4 coats of 303 protectant. This actually minimized the appearance of the scratches quite a bit.

I still am wondering if there is anything else that can be done.

That area of any car takes quite a beating. There are pieces you can put over the door sill area for a Tacoma truck. I'm not sure what the aftermarket provides for Porche owners?
