I've been using Crystal Mist as my carnauba QD.

In reading about PB's QD+ it sounds like it has been reformulated where before (a year or so ago) it was more of a booster and had to haze and then buffed off?

Just looking to see how easy it is to use (streaking?, slickness?). How does it compare to Crystal Mist.

Thanks.

I bought some last week..I have only used it real quick..last week i took my car down to a show..it was 92 degrees out and my paint is black..I dusted off my car and I used it just on my front fenders..i sprayed it onto the MF first and wiped it on..its dried quick and hazed but when I flipped the MF to wiped right off.

I love it. Very easy to use. The only time I have had any streaking issues with it is when it is very hot and you spray it directly onto the vehicle. The remedy for this is to spray it directly onto the microfiber and wipe on. It will haze and buff off very nicely.
It leaves a very slick finish and a noticeable difference in gloss. Unfortunately, I have no experience with Crystal Mist, so I can't compare it.
Hope this helps!

:iagree: I have only been able to use it when its hot out and maybe thats why it streaked for me, but it buffs right off. It is slick though. I should try spraying on the MF. I have only used it with the Super Soft Rolled Edge towels and think those may be too plush to use... I should try with a different towel to see but over all I like it a lot.
