M105 application?

Was curious who uses the Kevin Brown method when using
M105 (i.e., priming the pad uniformly with product first) versus using the directions on the bottle?

Just started doing this recently and I love it. Cuts down on dusting, uses less product, and to me, I think it finishes out nicer. Maybe I haven't used it much yet.

I've always used a rotary and find that I can correct an area in seconds with it. I love M105! (Ps..I use it with wool usually)
