M105 on microfiber to menzerna 3800 ?

Is it possible to skip a medium polish like m205 and go from something like m105 or fg400 and go straight to menzerna 3800?

I see no reason why not. I use FG400 and then go to Menzerna SF4500 (3800). Lately, I have not used any compounds but go straight to the polishes. My go to combo has been fg400 and SF4500 (3800). But the best way to know for sure is do a test spot.

I would use the FG400 and SF4500 combo for sure. No need for a medium polish. But you might just need a polish only...test spot will determine. Good luck and good hunting!

You’ll find out FG400 cuts and finishes well. No need for a medium polish unless you want try one before FG400. I like to control the cut with the pad used and it finishes up pretty damn good itself. Ive also never used Menzerna medium cut polishes. Im with KamaKaz and use 400 and 4500 (3800) pretty exclusively.
