Hi all, I recently purchased some wheel glaze and love the product. I used it on my truck with black "XD Monster" wheels. They had a very dull finish and the glaze gave them a pretty impressive face lift. However, after letting the product dry to a haze I have trouble buffing it off. I'm using a buffing towel Microfiber Clean & Buff Towel, micro fiber towels, all purpose towels to do it. I found spritzing a little quick detailer on the MF the product comes right off. Can I keep doing this? Does it have any negative effects on the wheel glaze? TIA, Grant

Make sure the wheels are cool to the touch and use it SPARINGLY. A little product does go a long way. Over application and heat will make it difficult to remove. I use this product daily, love it.

Yep I always make sure it's cool to the touch. I probably could use a little less product. Need to try some finger pocket applicators. Do you apply weekly?

I used the previous version which was DP Wheel Glaze. It's protection last longer than a week. I was doing monthly applications.

Do half the wheel and wipe it off, then do the other half.

That will do the trick. :xyxthumbs:

Tried cutting back on the amount of product I'm using and it helped a lot! Thanks
