Hello, is there a way to make it look a bit less shinny? if i dilute it, will it change the finish? i tried to wipe it after application and it did not changed much.

I do not think its water based. So diluting might not make any difference, expecting blotchy spots, causing you to continue spraying till you get even coverage of the same shiny result.

You can buff it with a towel, that will reduce some shine.

Don't dilute it. It is solvent based and will not work the way you want it to.
