Megs M205 Question

is there a difference between the over the counter M205 sold at Pep Boys and the M205 sold by autogeek? I ask because Pep Boys has it for $32 vs $27 here before shipping. I know in some industries there is a difference between products sold otc at stores vs buying direct.
