Well lets just say it sux
Short story : last week my Meg g110 stopped working, I know it was no big deal so i opened up to take a look and found out that one of the motor brush was dead.

I know that opened the g110 voided the warranty and its not what im complaining about

so i contacted Autogeek where i can get a replacement brush ( 4-10$ for most polisher foud a porter cable brush online for 4.80$ brand new but look a little different frome the Meg one ) anyway got a quick awnser from Mat i guess telling me that past 30 day i need to reffer to Meg customer service .

So i send a mail to meg asking to buy a replasement brush .. almost 1 week and half later and 3 more mail still now awnser ...

anyone know where to get this part ?

You should ask over Meguiars' forum.

AG over here really rocks when it comes to customer service!:righton:
Meghan always goes an extra mile on her end to sure we are happy!

Call their customer service line. Meg's does a very good job of resolving issues.

A good rule of thumb: never use email to resolve problems when one can make a phone call.

yeah i know but im french canadian and last time i called a u.s.a tech support
the guy hang off thinking it was some kind of phone prank since he was unable to understand what i was saying : /

ive been ''lurking'' the forum for around 3 month now and i read only good thing about AG customer service and Meghan doing the best she can to help people .

She agreed to call Meguiar tech support for me !Im the MAN

can i ask for more ? guess not :P

Ok I did call Meguiars and they have an office in Canada that they said should help you out. The number is 905-670-5580 and if you have any further trouble contact me.

thanks im gonna call them when coming back from work !

Well after i give up with meg canada support i went to my local porter cable dealer to buy a set of brushes from a 7424 type1

They are quite similar but not identical as the one in my g110 but nothing a little craftmanship can fix.
Have to sand down one side cuz they are larger and dont fit in the g110 socket...no big deal. 15 min later they slide juste fine in the socket, now just need to change the connector at the end of the wire .

3 cars now and the polisher is running strong !
i just opened up this morning and my ''custom'' brush still look like new :) yay!

cost :
10$ for the brushes
0.03$ for the connector

What was the deal with Canada Meguiars Customer Support, they would not help you?

Sorry you are having bad luck with their customer support. I think if you took a look over on MOL, you would see that people are VERY satisfied with their customer support. I've always seen issues get resolved very quickly.
