Meguiar's d114 and stripping wax

So, lately I was debating which Waterless Wash to get. After reading 100s posts and getting priceless advises from you guys I decided to go with D114.
No doubt that D114 is versatile product, and I read that strong enough solution can strip wax. Recently before getting D114 I got GG Paint Prep.
My question is, if D114 that strong, does it make sense to use GG product for stripping wax?

Can't speak directly to D114, but GG Paint Prep will not strip a wax if it is a synthetic wax ie a sealant. I doubt that D114 would also strip a sealant since it is designed for washing automotive paint.

Here is a thread regarding the subject of stripping LSPs from paint: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/auto-detailing-101/66896-lsp-stripping.html While it is long, it is full of useful information and clearly shows LSPs for the most part cannot be removed with dishwashing soap, strong car wash soap, IPA etc.

I did my own test with GG Paint Prep and it did not remove 8 month old DG 105/601.

Recently before getting D114 I got GG Paint Prep.

My question is, if D114 that strong,
does it make sense to use GG product
for stripping wax?

D114 is only "strong"...if diluted to be "strong".

Personally:
If I was going to "strip Wax"...before it had been
completely eroded away through normal wear&tear...

I'd only use one of these products to "strip" any
of the remaining Wax---if indeed there were any
Wax left to be "stripped".

No doubt that D114 is versatile product,

and I read that strong enough solution
can strip wax.

"At a very strong dilution ratio, yes, it can strip wax.
But we're talking like 4:1 or thereabouts.

We recommend 256:1 dilution ratio for rinseless washing (128:1 for really dirty cars) so you probably don't need the 31:1 ratio you're using for bird bombs and wheel cleaning.

15:1 will remove residual compound and polish residue but those are much easier to remove than waxes and sealants."

So basically I don't need GG Paint Prep. The reason I got it was PB Black Hole. So I thought it will be powerful enough to strip 105/601 and colli. 915 and apply glaze on fresh paint. Also, now the car(s) for many years parked outside 24/7 in NYC which is worse AG's nightmare Kind of your hands always itch every 6 months do everything allover

I observed that water stopped beading after GG PP application, may be delusional observation. In the case of D114 I see product itself powerful on lower dilution. I assume for argument sake 1:1 will be a wax/ sealant killer?

I don't rely on a chemical to strip paint. It's real just not as effective. I use a strong dilution of D114 or Eraser or Prep Solve after I use a fine abrasive (I almost only use SF4500 for this now) to ensure there is no residue interfering with my LSP.

I've tried to remove BFWD and DG105 with all of the above and all failed.

Sufactants in the Paint Prep makes the beading appear to be gone. If you had wiped it down with IPA -- which removes the sufactants -- the beading would return.
