Meguiar's G110 vs PC7424?

Is the Meguiar's G110 polisher smoother-operating polisher than the 7424? The PC7424 vibrates too much (mainly at speed 6) and is a bit tricky to hold. Is the G110 any smoother?

I just want a smoother, easier to hold polisher/buffer that I can still use with my 5.5" pads instead of buying all new pads and backing plates and stuff.
 
I have to admit at DFIV this question, PC versus G110, was the talk of the sales area. With Megs there the G110 moved thru the day. The main difference I can find is the G110 offers a bit more orbits but seem more similar than different otherwise. If you want smoother and more power ---save up for the Flex IMO.
 
Thanks killr. Which Flex machine? Can I use 5.5" pads with a Flex?
 
i hate you guys!!! i want the dadgum flex DA so bad. I don't so much mind the PC's operation, I just want the POWA!!!
 
As I always say, once you go with a Flex, the PC seems like a junky little toy :D
