Is it just a Stencil and then Waxed.

It must be like a Mylar Stencil with sharp edges, so the Logo is crisp.

That's sick! But then that means you have to leave parts of your car unprotected for that effect right?

We did a big stencil of the Ford logo at a Thursday Night Open Garage last summer here in Irvine, CA. What's really cool is how the water breaks away from the treated area and reveals the logo, almost spelling it out as it goes. If I hadn't been there to see it myself (I was working the camera at the time) I might have thought it was fake! Very cool stuff.

No, that was all Mike Pennington's project. I was still at Meguiar's when they were creating that video but I wasn't involved in it.

Pretty cool effect... Creative idea on Mike's part...
