Hi Mike,
I regularly use Speed glaze 80 for my detailing projects. I love it because it is easy to use & really add gloss to paint. Though I want to know about it,
[1] Speed glaze have fillers so does it removes the swirl marks or just hide them?
[2] Can I use Meguiar's NXT past wax over it as a last step?

According to meguiars it does have some cutting ability so it will remove some defects. I haven't used it so I can't comment on whether or not it has fillers. If you find that deeper scratches are being removed on harder paint, I would guess that it is filling them in.

You can use a wax/sealant over a glaze. The commonly held belief is that you will get the durability of the glaze (not very good) and the look & protection of the wax. But a glaze will, in general, improve the look of the paint even if you are applying something over it.
