Just noticed after being away a while that AG.does not carry

Menzerna FMJ how come??

Sometimes a bottle is not what it seems, and in this case Wolfgang , Four Star, and even Duragloss are better choices IMO.

I wonder why a company with such a good reputation would fake a product as being their own just to fill a void in the lineup. Let people go elsewhere to find a sealent rather than cheapen their name and plant doubts in customers minds concerning the rest of the Menzerna product line when they find out about the out sourcing of a item. Just my IMO.

FMJ durability sucks!!!

Maybe so, but I love the shine it gives. IMO, it gave the best look out of any sealants I've used. Some people are willing to pay for "beauty waxes". I'm willing to pay for "beauty sealants".:D

Wolfgang DGPS 3.0, and 4* UPP-p have the same shine, and better durability.

I have previous version of UPP. I liked FMJ's look better. Unless UPP-p has changed the look, then I don't care for it. I did recently purchase DGPS 3.0 after rave reviews and put it on my Prelude VTEC, but I also topped with Fuzion (awesome look, BTW) afterwards, so I can't comment on 3.0 by itself. I do regret losing the slickness of 3.0 after topping with Fuzion. There's definitely a difference.

the whole idea behind sealant is durability. If it's not durable, why even bother using a sealant? Why not use a wax instead???

the look of UPP-p hasn't changed, I used both polycharged and previous version. It is more for flat paints. If you want your paint to glow, Wolfgang is the way to go!!!:righton:

Menzerna did not fake a product nor had it intended to in my opinion. It licensed its name in the US for several products it does not offer in it lineup. The bottles do have a marking to let those know that it is only licensed but not made by Menzerna. I have used all these products and not a fan like their polishes, but understand it was do to a relationship started before Menzerna really broke out as the hit it is now.

Menzerna of Germany only offers polishes, compounds, and a wax to my knowledge. It would be great to see a true paint sealant come from them IMO and I would be one of the 1st wanting to try it.

Never tried FMJ but, after trying WG, DG, Zaino, FK, Megs, and others - the best sealant I have tried to date and one that replaced everything else in my cabinet is Blackfire sealant. It is amazing - easy on, easy off (even for heavy handed guys like me) and the look, even my wife said it was the best she's ever seen in the years I've search for the holy grail of sealants.

Are you talking about the newest version?

Yes - the latest version of Blackfire sealant. I got the wax too, but the sealant looks so good, I can't bring myself to top it --yet.

Blackfire Wet Diamond is the best looking sealant I've used, including WGDG 3.0.

I find the Blackfire products (sealant and wax) to be similar to waxes and sealants here already. Think Wolfgang (original sealant) or SSII (wax).

Interesting killr, although I find I get a much better feeling finish when I use Wet Diamond as opposed to WGDG 3.0. The looks are quite similar but I think there is no question about the feel.

I have also found that Wet Diamond outlasts Wolfgang.
