It probably doesn't feel like Christmas if you're not used to it, but if it's all you've ever known, we don't dress up for Christmas lunch or dinner, comfort is the key. There's lots of backyard games with the kids, backyard cricket, water slides etc. You always see lots of kids out trying their new bikes and scooters.

Today we're at my nephew's new house, it's got a nice large outdoor entertaining area, where we can see the kids playing in the backyard. Temperature is supposed to get to a nice 29C/84f with a nice little breeze, so just about perfect.

You should put up Christmas lights next year. Not for yourself, but the children
