metro vac and blo commercial series

just want to know if anyone that has this vac has a problem with the small cuff attaching to the hose?
I have no problem screwing on the big cuff but the small one does not thread on.
I did contact the company and have to say they were very nice and tried to help me. They sent me a new cuff,
it seemed a little better but it just doesn't thread on like the bigger one. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue.

Which threads are you referring who. I think you should talk to Metro, the guy named David in Tech Support been there for quite some time he seems to know every model how it's built etc... He really knew his stuff. When ordering from Metro it does seem like a maze they have so many different products and so forth, but David there answered all my questions.

On my vac there are 2 size cuffs. 1 is larger than the other so depending on which attachments you are using you have to thread it on and off the hose.
