metro vac vs shop vac

hi all just lookin at the metro vacs and wondering how they would compare to a shop vac/wet dry-i have a rigid 5.5 hpFeed back please

Metro makes a great vacuum. its got great suction and the blower feature is super nice. that being said if you already have a rigid stick withthe rigid. I love the fact that the metro is super small and powerful but can't justify 200 bucks for it. if I needed a new vacuum and the fact that I'm mobile and space is an issue I would get one in a heartbeat. But the rigid hold its own and the suction between the 2 is comparable
