I'am wondering whats the best MF towels to use for drying your car. I have spent a lot of time getting the swirls out of my paint and today when I was drying it off, I noticed I had more swirls again. This is aggravating, because now I have to recorrect the paint. Thanks!

I am using a towel form Detailers Domain the blue large drying towel. I am on the list for thelarge gray when it get back into stock. I do not love WW as they feel a little rough after several washings. Most of the time I use the master blaster and blot the rest with the above. Just can't fire up that beast too early in the AM-LOL

I usually use a drying mate chamois then go back over the car with a MF to get rid of the waterspots. Not really sure of the brand of MF, I picked some up from advanced auto and some came free with one of my orders.

I have the Cobra Guzzlers and they are very fine drying towels. I have used them for many years and still have one or two I use occasionally. The link below will take you to the ones I use now. They are not advertised as car towels per se but can be used for anything, including bath towels. They are soft and gentle and soak up water every bit as good as the Guzzler. They are also very large at 24"x48". The biggest Guzzler is 28"x44" (I think) so you have essentially the same size towel but Neatitems microfibers are cheaper. The Neatitems do not have the hand pockets like a Guzzler but I don't mind that. They are very good quality towels but so are many others, including the Guzzler. But the big thing is, as I said before, they are half the price of the Guzzler in this particular size. Also, if I remember correctly, Neatitems offers free shipping if you spend at least twenty five bucks. That means you can get two of these towels for under $40 shipped to your door and I think that is pretty good.

Incidentally, if you go to the pool or beach a lot try their microfiber suede towels. They dry you off quickly (although they are not plush) and then dry themselves just as quickly. Just hang them over the beach chair or lounger and by the time you are ready to leave you won't have to worry about transporting wet towels as they will be dry in no time. Good stuff!

There are many great drying towels out there but something to consider is anytime you touch your paint, you risk marring it.
Say you catch a piece of grit/dirt in your drying MF,from a crevis or notch that was hidden and then use the towel that is contanimated across a painted section to dry-you will induce another swirl/scratch.

My vote would be:
The Metro MasterBlaster is Metro's most powerful blower/dryer at 8hp! Blow dry your motorcycle & your vehicle with this big blower.
It's a little expensive but polishing your vehicle takes time and effort as well as thinning your clear coat from polishing frequently.

I use one and am a big believer:

I've gotten so tired of buying MF's for drying. They seem to quick sucking up as much water after a little while. I'm just gonna get a Master Blaster :)
