Microfiber Mop Head Review
Here at Autogeek I wear a lot of hats, most my job duties are a lot of fun and I never think of my job as work. Over the years I've had a lot of people tell me how lucky I am to have their dream job and I never go a day without being thankful for my job and appreciate the opportunities I've been blessed with over the years...
That said...
Someone has to clean the floors!
That is someone, (me), gets to clean the Racedeck TuffShield floors in Autogeek's Show Car Garage to keep them clean and shiny and one thing I've learned over the years from detailing cars is that other people will never give a project the care an attention that you will when it comes to something that's important to you. Because I take a lot of pictures of really cool cars and we film a lot of video and TV in our studio... it's important to me that everything looks clean and shiny including the floor.
A few months ago I found some microfiber mop heads on my desk and was asked if I could use these in the studio and the answer was YES!
So here's a review of a few of the microfiber mop heads now available at Autogeek.net. These can be used any place you have a floor you want to clean,

Green Microfiber Dusting Mop - Dry Dust First
The green color of the Microfiber Dusting Mop indicates it is to be used DRY. When cleaning the studio floor, both the RACEDECK TuffShield tiles and the polished concrete floors, I'll start out using the dusting mop to remove all loose dust and dirt.

The green microfiber dusting mop comes with two pile lengths of microfiber strands, a short strand for collecting small particles and a large twisted loop style for large debris and for capturing debris out of corners and along walls.

Blue Microfiber Scrubber Pad - Wet Clean Second
The blue color indicates the microfiber mop pad is to be used wet. Here I'm using the scrubber pad for loosening and removing ground in compound, polish and wax splatter.
The Scrubber Pad has rows of stiffer, more coarse bristles to safely scrub the floor without scratching.
Blue Chenille Microfiber Mop Pad - Can be used dry dusting or wet cleaning
The large alien-like microfiber fingers make this mop head very versatile for either dry dusting or wet cleaning and works great of un-even surfaces.
