Missing Product and Backorder

Placed an order last week. It showed up Friday just like clock work. Finally get to open it Friday night and I am missing my Sonax Wheel Cleaner(I bought it for a Corvette I was going to do this past weekend and had to put off), So I emailed CS early Saturday Morning and they responded very quickly about sending it out. I let them know that I was going to order a few things being its was 25% off again that day and they could just ship it with the new order and they said that was fine. Placed my order around lunch time Saturday and sent another Email saying I had just placed the new order. Happen to check out the site yesterday and it now says my order is on backorder. Not sure which Items are backordered and I emailed them to find out more info but nothing from them yet.

After an email, found out what was backordered and that the items will be in tomorrow and they would make sure I would have it by Saturday. Awesome Customer Service right there.
