ran some seafoam through here today to clean all the built up carbon and junk outta the thing.....was hoping it was just carbon buildup not allowing the valves to seat properly cuasing the backfiring through the carb but i guess not......anywho heres a vid of me that i made for my firebird forums but it shows ya what i mean....the popping noise is a combo of the carb backfiring and exhuast leaks....enjoy and lmk what you think....not bad for gettin her running in 3 weeks i think :D

i've been thinking about doing this to my car... do you notice a difference if it's never had this done in 10yrs?

made a world of difference in my truck, i havnt driven the firebird more than 3 blocks so far so i cant really tell you the difference it made, all i know is the thing had been sitting so long that i felt it would be nessescary to run soem through....

had it not had been so windy im pretty sure i would have smoked out the entire yard :D

The popping sounds like some loud pop corn :p. What's sea foam? I'm assuming it's literally not from the sea :D.

sea foam is a gift of the gods, I put it in my truck and I noticed a smoother idle and about 1-2 MPG increase.
