I am looking for the best product(s) and method(s) recommendations to offer the most bulletproof protection for my vehicles. I have 2 daily drivers, 2014 Honda Civic and a 2016 Toyota Camry. I drive them a ton and want to protect my investments as best as possible.
OBJECTIVE: Highest most durable amount of protection against UV damage, fading, scratches, road salt.
METHOD: Hand application versus DA polisher. Will I gain any durability or protection in applying a product by hand vs. DA polisher? I understand the polisher is much better for paint correction. Does it protect your investment better to correct paint from minor defects as you own a vehicle OR why not just wash/wax frequently and then correct the paint just 1 time before you sell the vehicle?
PRODUCTS: Considering my vehicles are a few years old, paint is in good not excellent condition, would you recommend AIO (cleaner/paint sealant) or multi-step application with a paint sealant as final coat? Will one system offer more benefit for giving me that durability and protection factor I am looking for? Or are both so similar in offering the same level of protection/durability that I should just go with the AIO because it is much quicker/easier?
Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated!!
