Every Sunday I look forward to trying out new products, and yesterday was no different. One of the new products I tested out was Mothers California Gold All-Chrome.

In one step Mothers California Gold All-Chrome Cleaner shines, polishes and protects any hard or decorative chrome finish, including chrome plating, PVD chrome, and even today's chromed plastics. This innovative spray-on, wipe-off polish makes it quick and easy to clean and enhance your wheels, trim and accessories. Use Mothers California Gold All-Chrome Cleaner to remove fingerprints, smudges, dust, bugs and even light water spots, leaving behind a protective coating to keep the chrome sparkling like new.

Automotive trends come and go, but one that's here to stay is "chromed plastic" trim. Real chrome is heavy and expensive, making it a less-than-ideal choice for any application outside of a heavy-duty pick up truck. That's precisely why so many manufacturers use chromed plastics instead of the real deal!

My Civic has a lot of this material, and I've found it to be very frustrating to maintain. While any car wax or detail spray will make it look shiny, I haven't been able to make it "pop" until I tried Mothers California Gold All-Chrome. What really impressed me about All-Chrome is its ability to remove stubborn bug guts off the front (chromed plastic) grille on my car.

Spray onto a dry cloth, work it in, and flip the cloth to a dry side and lightly buff - that's it!

If you have a newer vehicle with chromed plastic, or a truck or SUV with REAL chrome, pick up a bottle of Mothers California Gold All-Chrome to keep it shiny and protected.

Nick...

Any word that this is going to replace their current Chrome Polish?
TIA.

No, it's not a replacement for Chrome Polish. Think of it as an instant detailer/spray polish for chrome surfaces - including plastic chrome.

Thanks for that info.
I'd be hard pressed to do without the Chrome Polish.
