Mothers carnauba paste?

This was the first really good wax I ever used !
In the early 90's waxes were a bit different, Mothers and Mequires
were the Big boys. I always liked Mothers.
 
I just applied some mothers on a few panels with a porter cable, 5 inch pad fits perfectly in tin can. The look reminds me a lot of Victoria concourse wax.
I think Mothers carnauba wax is highly under rated.
 
Easy on. Easy off. Smells as good as it looks. A great value.
 
Are we talking about the finishing wax or the California Gold Cleaner Wax? I can't seem to find anything other than the Cleaner Wax locally.

Finishing wax and it is available at pep boys.
 
It's available here for the same price I paid 18 years ago OTC.

Mothers Brazilian Carnauba Paste Wax (Mothers California Gold Pure Carnauba Paste Wax 12 oz.) I've seen it at Super Wal-marts everywhere here
 
Have it! Agree it is underrated as most Mothers products tend to be.
 
kind of off topic but has anyone tried mothers car wash? just picked some up and wanted to use it in the foam cannon
 
Excellent wax for the price point, can be obtained locally and looks great. I just recently started using the California Gold Spray Wax too. Awesome products.

Indeed. The paste is nice and Mothers Spray wax is a spray wax (super detailer) at a detail spray price.

Mothers Pure carnauba paste wax is NOT available at any Wal-Mart super stores near me and there are about a dozen or so superstores near me within a 60 mile radius. I'm near the OKI borders and no one except Pep-Boys carries it.

Not even our local KOI paint suppliers that carry the Mothers professional line of products. They carry the cleaner wax in paste and liquid, the synthetic waxes both old and current versions, the latest Gold liquids, as well as the Pure Carnauba Liquid, but no California Gold Pure Carnauba paste...which imho is most certainly an underrated wax. Don't let the low cost fool ya! Best smelling wax on the market in my opinion.
