Mothers Reflections

I have it and like it quite well. It is a hybrid synthetic/carnauba product with no cleaners or polish in it that is meant to be used as a topper. It is very easy to use and looks good also.

Being that it is a hybrid synthetic/carnauba product I wonder how it would compare to a similar product like DP Max Wax or Pinnacle Sig. Series.

Thanks: what do you top over??

Bill, why you been looking into all these lower priced products? I have found from doing the same, why not spend the same amount or wee bit more and just get the boutique to begin with.
I guess use it to top over their Reflections wax or any lsp for that matter. Not sur eif its a booster or actual lsp within itself (I think).
I am supposed to have samples of it coming sometime farily soon....

Just thought id see about this........It has good reviews.......

The Reflection line is pretty decent, looks cool, but is it just a topper (kinda like Duragloss AW which I love) or more of an LSP?

Its a topper only........no cleaners..........

I have used it over both the old version and new version of Mothers Reflections Wax with good results.

The wax? or the reflections advanced top coat??? either way, great job.......

Reflections is about the best OTC line currently. In talking about the product, Forrest chimed in (another forum) and said this line is absolutely synthetic with no carnauba. Descriptions seem to say otherwise, but might have been talking about the entire line in general.

Reflections Advanced Car Wax is 100% synthetic with a very, very light cleaner/polish in it. Reflections Advanced Top Coat is a Synthetic/Carnauba blend. I'm not sure of the exact proportion but it is infact a hybrid.

I used both products, first the Reflections "Advanced Wax" followed by Top Coat as LSp

Mothers really is a good product from what i read at other forums......

Been using Mother's top line exclusively for years. Will detail my vehicle next week with upgraded products: XMT, Klasse, Souverain while I use current Mother's stock on my buddie's new car. Can then report on the differences. BTW, most emergency stations use Mother's OTC stuff for their rigs. Then again, there's always some probie around to ensure frequent application.

Just did one side of my black Durango with both Reflections, that I received as a sample from a pal. The wax went on kinda blotchy, but it was very humid and hot today? Wax alone, didn't do much for me. Teh Top Coat went on super easy. Overall it looks alright, not great. I do have to let it set overnight and take a look in the sunlight tomorrow before I totally judge it though. One thing I noticed that I haven;t before, then again I might not have been looking at the right time, etc.. was at dusk, as the sun was setting its reflection's colors could be seen, blues, red,s oranges! Kinda weird, maybe that's why they named it Reflections!
Anyway, decent stuff, but not for me, I have so many others I like better, and at its higher price, for the same $ I would certainly go with a bottle of EXP and Natty Blue! Megs #26 for otc has a better look IMHO.

I used it on my wifes white Escape!! It looked really good on it. PLus it went on/off super easy!!
