Motorcycle tire – persistent browning, help?

Purchased a motorcycle in April, it had tires on it that were manufactured in November of the last year. They are Michelin Road 6’s, and have a very persistent browning on the side walls that even after cleaning it’s still there. I tried super clean, purple power, brake, buster and a couple of other OTC things.

I have attached a picture, anyone have thoughts on what else I can try?

Tuf shine. Pretty rigid bristles.

That's a good brush, have you tried their cleaner? The McKee's 37 cleaner is also good, although normally I'd say the APC's you've tried should have worked.
