my car is gone.... :*(

I was on my way to the masters driving down I77 outside of Columbia, SC. I was in the far left of three lanes doing a close to 85mph. The was not too crowded and the fast lane was wide open. As the road went to the right, I approached a semi in the middle lane. Right as I was even with the back of his truck, BANG I don't remember much, just that my back end went out to the left so I tried to counter steer to save it... I over steered and my back end whipped around completely to the right and caught the road perpendicular ot traffic... I Don't know how but I went across three lanes of traffic (with out hitting any other vehicles, thank God) and smashed into the guard rail.

At least I walked away with only 12 stiches, and I took my rims off for the road trip...
 
man, you're lucky! Wonder where you would have ended up if the guard rail wasn't there? Glad you're ok.
 
did the semi realize he hit u and pull over?cause i no alot of times if the trailer wheels hit a car they cant always tell that something happend back there
 
Wow, sorry to hear this, glad you are OK, cars can be replaced but you can't...
 
Ouch! So what exactly happened? You were approaching the semi and someone hit you from the rear?

Everything will work itself out with the car situation. Thank god you're OK. :)
 
As much as you care for your car, after being in an accident lke that you just thank God your ok and then go home for a change of underwear. Glad to hear your all right.
 
glad your ok ... in driving school they teach you to turn into a spin but its much harder to master.
