Lately I've been messing around and attempting to create some original photography of my cars. This is my first finished product that I'd like to hear what you guys think! I figured that the "Show N' Shine" thread was the closest thing to the correct thread for photography. :xyxthumbs:

In this photo...

To the right is my Red Mazda 3 GT 2.5 liter, with a focus on the Magna Flow exhaust. I know, I know... Ricer. =D

In the background is my Blue Metallic Mazda MX-5. I just snapped this photo without thinking the other day and didn't realize what it was until I looked at my pictures on the computer. What do you think? Any comments, suggestions? This photo was made Black and White with some other minor adjustments to the photo. Ex. I brightened up the chrome on the exhaust, accentuated the tread on the MZ3 rear tire, darkened everything else a little, etc. I would have liked to have made this photo a little sharper along with HDR for the sky. In this photo, the sky is really washed out. At some point I'd like to invest in a better camera.

Sorry about the photo size, you should be able to click on it to make it larger, assuming I did everything right. =D

Keep it up. A lot of people on this forum do photography as well, so you'll get good pointers.

Neat photo....I would like it more if you had the whole background car in the photo.

Thank you! I needed that. =D

I just thought of that too. I may grab another driver to help me take both cars out to do a re-shoot with the entire MX-5 in the background. I also thought about placing it much much farther away in the background to add depth.

Thanks!

Just a tip... if you want to share pictures on any forum, take a few moments to learn how to insert them instead of attaching them... it's so much more enjoyable and you make it a lot easier for your reader to see the pictures...
