If my momory serves me right you said you didn't polish just waxed it and if this is the case that's really good for no polishing. Hardly any swirls very nice. I like the reflection and the wet look you got out of it.

Thanks for the compliments you guys! I really appreciate them.

AL-53: I really love detailing this vehicle. Pete's is a really nice wax, and I love the smell. I just need more dark colored cars to use it on! My car and my dad's are silver, well with mine giving a hint of gold. I'd love to see how Pete's does on your red truck!.

Nica: Yup no polishing. I'm surprised about the minimal swirling. Maybe my dad really knew what he was doing, but he only washed with one bucket and used those synthetic sponges and synthetic mitts  , and always dried with an absorber. Well, the hood is new, so it has less swirls than other parts of the vehicle. The top of the door above the window on the driver's side does have some micro scratch lines, but they don't seen to catch my nail.

Very nice job. It's really funny how the flash made the color look blue in the picture. Getting nice pictures depends so much on the right lighting.

Thanks Gary. Yeah, the flash played tricks on me! Lighting does play an important role. I'm not good at taking pictures though :p.
