So I do a lot of work out of my shop that has no windows or ac and I live in Maryland and its that time of the year where it's hitting 90 degrees outside again and I can't take it no more theses shop fans just are not working anymore does anyone have any suggestions ???

Portable ac unit, they range from 240 to 600 and Home Depot sells them.I had one for the Hurricanes using my generator.

It's amazing how bad my doors made things before I insulated them. My home faces west and the aluminum doors would be too hot to touch. Using the foam insulation kits available at depot/lowes dropped the temp 10-15 degrees with the doors closed.

I have no windows tho where would I put the part to the ac that goes out the window

It's a free standing unit,Mitsubishi makes a wall mounted unit.

If no AC, I'd invest in a good ceiling exhaust fan... Especially if you work in your garage frequently.

Or just make a window if you possibly can. Then a nice ac unit .

Does it have a side door? If so, you could get a second door hung in the opening. Modify it to have the air conditioner in it. Switch the doors out with the seasons.

The LG window unit is excellent. Good output; low operating cost; low initial cost.

There are also two piece single room units that are supposed to work well - but they're a bit pricey.

It only has a garage door I wonder if I just modify it so I can close the garage door with the tube at the bottom of the ground that would work or not

You could put a dryer vent to the outside & hook up the exhaust hose from portable unit to it. Just have find means to close it off when not in use. Those units work well, sometimes take a little while to cool down an area depending on size of unit, area & starting temp.you will need something for the water these units make too.

No modifications needed to garage doors,
or man doors, with the Mitsubishi Electric
ductless air-conditioning/heating systems.
