Mytee S-300 Tempo carpet extractor?

My SO is still trying to figure out what to get me for Xmas and I immediately thought carpet extractor. It doesn't need to be hot water because I have a steamer for that. Doing a search around here on the Mytee S-300 Tempo, there hasn't been a lot of talk about it lately. So, is this still a viable option or has something better come along? Is there some alternative out there that people are leaning on these days for their extracting needs?

I have the MYTEE S-300 TEMPO, as an upgrade from a PROHEAT BISSELL LITTLE GREEN MACHINE, I have a cheap steamer the MYTEE though not heated when used with the steamer is great, I looked online and saw a few posted stating but warm tap water in blue mytee tank, that works as well

Cool. Yeah, it would be used in conjunction with a steamer, so I'm not really concerned with no water heater.
