Nano charger issue

Got my exchanged kit,
Battery has been on charge for an hr and charger still has red light..
Plug battery into Nano and it shows green.

Green light does light on the charger when plugged in with no battery..

In assuming battery is fully charged as manual says 20 minutes, and it nano polisher shows green.
But obviously the charger unit isn't switching to green light when battery is charged...
