The perfect fusion of nanotechnology and carnauba!

Nanoskin Hydrophobic Nano Paste Wax is a true hybrid car wax. It is formulated using nano-sized polymers and high-grade carnauba wax designed to provide continuous water beading, month after month. Nanoskin Hydrophobic Nano Paste Wax is the perfect fusion between a synthetic paint sealant and a carnauba paste wax. Nano-sized polymers provide winter-tough durability and real carnauba wax makes your vehicle glow. Nanoskin Hydrophobic Nano Paste Wax is one of the few paste waxes that can double as both a show-car wax and a winter-wax.

I have seen a few people asking about this product, so I figured since I have owned it for a while, I could do a quick write up about it. I have only used it a handful of times - both on my personal vehicles and with a couple of customer cars, so keep that in mind.

I have only ever applied this product by hand with a foam applicator pad - never by machine. I have found it relatively easy to use, but definitely not the easiest. It spreads fairly well, and is removed quite easily using a plush MF towel. The wax leaves a nice shine, and relatively warm glow to the finish. The protection is also great. Water beads and sheets very nicely.

The first 4 photos were taken in July of 2012 when I did a full correction on my personal vehicle. I used this wax as the LSP and was happy with the results. You can see the gorgeous gloss and shine - obviously enhanced by the perfect paint, but the wax added a nice glow.

The next photo was taken in November of 2012 (approx. 4 months after application). You can see the water still attempts to bead, however it is safe to say that another application would be best. (At this point, I stripped the wax and applied 22ple VX1 Pro Coating)

I made this video recently (February 2013) after applying it to my other car. You can see the beading and sheeting abilities of this wax. Not too bad.

In the end, I have no real complaints about this wax, but at the same time it did not wow me in any way. For the price, it may be worth a shot if you are looking to try something different. It has a nice look, provides a nice shine, and seems to protect quite well. If you are looking for something with good durability and a nice look - you may want to give this product a shot.

Thanks!

Your paint looks so good I cant even believe its real!! Nice job and looks like a good wax.

^Haha - it's not perfect, but it sure looks nice! Thanks!

Thanks for the review.

^You've really got to force that lid down. It's got to be pried off - like a lid on a paint can. Where/how did you store the wax? I find it is always best to keep waxes in a controlled environment (usually indoors).

I hammered it with my hand... still pop up... store all my detailing stuffs inside my store room, cool temperature. Anyway. your car looks way better than a new car...great work :props:

I've used this wax on a few cars. My Subaru, my wife's Cobalt, and now a Volkswagen Jetta. Here are a couple after pictures and a video.

Here's an example of it's sheeting ability. I would advise muting your speakers as there is an air compressor running.
