Hi all,
Today I experimented a little more with the Medium Grade Nanoskin Sponge.
First time I used it, I got basically nowhere. I thought maybe not broken in? Or more than probably, just don't know how to properly use it?
Well anyway, I set out today to give it another whirl, I know many folks talk highly of these products.
So, with bottle of diluted Glide Lube in one hand and the sponge in the other, I think I see that if one over-lubricates the surface, and the sponge just glides-slides over the surface, you're then not properly working-using it, correct?
I found that "after" the lubricant application, and then rubbing some, after a while the sponge got "grabby", still the surface was wet but now the sponge was biting and dragging.
Is this when the sponge is now working, and not otherwise, correct. Sort of like using a large flat pencil eraser, you want it to drag, and work you a bit otherwise, no results, correct?
Yeah, I dropped it a couple times on the sides, but like the product states, no harm, no foul, rinse with clear water, and go again.
I didn't perform any baggie test, but the paint, glass, and other areas were feeling mucho better.
