Say the car has Collinite 476 or FK1000p applied to it a month earlier following the usual wash/clay/polish/lsp steps and the paint is still in good shape after washing now without any need for claying. So would stripping the old layer of Collinite 476/FK1000p be worth the effort before applying a fresh coat?
Or would you just apply the sealant right after washing and testing the paint with plastic bag, assuming it passes?

I sure hope that, after just one month, the paint doesn't need another Claying session; or another application of either one of these LSPs!
Is the vehicle exposed to an overabundance of contaminates?

If you're just going to "refresh", though...
No need to strip, IMO.

Yes, I just want to know if a refreshing the lsp especially durable sealants need the original layer to be stripped.

I think the key is that it passes the Baggie test. If it does then you wouldn't need to clay again.
