Need a 1" polisher
Recently I received an e-mail asking me about 1" polishers.
I so much prefer to type and share information on the FORUM and not in an e-mail because on the forum tens of thousands of eye balls can read and benefit from the info whereas in an e-mail or any other kind of direct message, only one set of eyeballs sees the info,
For good or bad, here is what I sent my friend that asked the question, I just would like to get more out of my typing time.
My favorite polisher for doing work with a 1” pad is the RUPES Nano in Long Neck. It’s just so freaking handy and convenient due to the small compact size and reach of the long neck.

The other options at Autogeek are,
FLEX PiXiE – has 1” backing plate and 3” backing plate

The new Griot’s GR3

All of the above are great choices and will get the job done.
Another option is to get the FLEX PE14 in either corded or cordless version. I recommend the cordless version. You can get a 1” backing plate for this rotary and not only do surgical buffing but also so many other things.

Please consider asking questions on the forum – it’s a LOT easier for me to share info versus the above in an e-mail.
Hope this helps,
Mike Phillips
