looking for a heavy cut polish/compound. i mostly stick with Wolfgang total swirl remover and really like the results i get but i need something that will takeout deeper swirls and defects. Been looking at the menzerna line alot of ppl seem to like the line. just wanted to see what everyone would suggest. thanks

The biggest tool in the tool box is this combo:
Rotary
Wool Pad
Menz Power Gloss

You better know what you're doing playing with those 3 together.

i would say so. looking for something more with us of a DA for my guys to use. None of them have never used a rotary and im not always around.

I would go with Megs microfiber system. D300 follow up with your polish.

thanks for the chart toycar.
figure i'll give the power gloss a try an see how i like it.

Power Gloss and HT Cyan pads. Finish without the need for a follow up polish. If I had tried the new opt cmpnd I would Dec recommend it as well. The original opt cmpnd requires a follow up polish IME. The Meg's mf cut will not remove heavy scratches that Menz PG will, and without proper technique will require follow up polishing.

M105 is a great compound. It doesn't have the most cut, but it does cut and it does it fast along with finishing well, period. It has a greater learning curve than some polishes, but once you figure it out you'll wonder how you ever detailed cars without it.
