Ok guys as the title says, I don't want a place that's gonna use a lot of Bondo or aftermarket stuff. My car was hit last night at work by a semi, front passenger fender needs replaced, along with all wheel well trim, driver door is more than likely going to need to be reskinned. And it's all gonna have to be painted, and blended to match.

The car is a 2002 Honda Civic SI in Nighthawk Black Pearl.

I need to get in ASAP to do this, as I leave for tour on October 2nd and will be in Europe and out of touch for a month, then back to the states and Canada till Christmas.

Thanks!

Get a phone book or find few shops on the net and give them a call explaining your situation, im sure there will be few shops that will listen to your requests.

I had a good experience with Rife's Auto Body in Westerville about 5 years ago on a Z28. You might want to check them out

You need to head up north to the great state of MICHIGAN to find a high caliber body shop. :D

LOL Yeah I'm sure...

Anyways. Found one in Grove City, that comes recommended by a few people, and also my insurance agent is cool with them. I was there when the ordered the parts today. All OEM (thank god), and Dupont paint to match from Honda specifically. So I'm covered there. Car goes in on Monday to be worked on.

Best part of all this is the trucking company is Canadian, and their insurance is too, and they won't return phone calls. I talked to State Farm, and my rep has worked with them before, said they've had to sue them a few times to get repayment. So I paid the deductable, gonna get reimbursed for it when State Farm gets the money back from the truckers insurance company. What a hassle. And to top it off I was gonna break into the samples Meghan gave me last month of the Menzerna Wax, and 85RD today since I had the day off. BOO!!!!

Good luck with the car, and if you have any pic of before (and after when they are finish) post it here. Im the MAN

I'm going to take them here shortly. Car goes in on Tuesday should have it back Friday they are saying. Seems quick, but since I watched them order the parts at least I know it's all OEM parts and paint...

Immke was gonna take a few weeks to even get me in. I'd have gone if I would be home. But I leave October 2nd for Europe, get home Nov 5th, and then leave again Nov 15th til Dec 23rd.

Showroom do you think when I get it back that maybe I could ask you for some pointers on it for polishing, etc being fresh paint? I've got the Wolfgang Duo and DGPS, KAIO, and Mothers pure carnuba (might have some more goodies after my b-day). And all the LC foam I need, and rotary.
