I have been an avid user of Westlys Bleche White Tire Cleaner for years, worked wonders. But ever since Black Magic took over, the product just isn't the same, doesn't cut through the gunk, mud, tar and old tire gel like it used to. So now im in the market for my new Tire Cleaner. Any good leads? Also on a side note, I have been using a wheel protectant spray that is supposed to keep brake dust off the wheel. But just backing out of the drive way and applying the brakes, the wheels now have the rust that came off the brakes right on them. I washed the car yesterday and the brakes rusted on me, but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal, would have been a pain to take the wheel off and clean the brakes separately, any advice for next time?

I like meguiars non acid wheel and tire cleaner. As for a tire cleaner it does a great job and cuts through a lot of gunk.
And for the brake rust you can try Hydes Ruststopper. It's a great option for non having to take the tire and wheel off.

Tuf Shine Tire Cleaner is great. You can also purchase a concentrated version and dilute it yourself to make it more economical.

Yes, If you liked Bleche White ( old formula ), you will like Tuf Shine. Get the Tuf Shine brush also.

I will second the mention of the Tuf Shine brush. It's only $5 and does the job perfectly. I have the actually cleaner on order coming hopefully this week.

I like OPC 1:1 but am also a big fan of Tuf Shine. Tuf Shine tire brush is a must as well. I've had mine for a couple of years and the bristles are still white and in great shape.

I use Meguiar's Super Degreaser D108 at 1:4 dilution, works great for me, espcially since I can use it on the wheels at the same time.

I use either a bleche white product and a scrubber as the bleche white doubles as the best golf grip cleaner I have ever used by far or I use sonax wheel cleaner. I've never had an issue with the rust before though.

Meguiar's All Wheel and Tire Cleaner.

Awesome stuff.

Another vote for tuf shine tire cleaner though I would just use a Apc diluted like Zep citrus apc, purple power or meguiars D101 because its widely found and cheap

I gotta say Tuff Shine is the best I've tried by far. It's costly, but a tip is to dilute it (non concentrate product) 1:1 and dispense it with a foaming sprayer. You get twice as much for your $ - and it still works excellent.

I use Alien Kleen w/ a GG foaming sprayer, works great! The foaming sprayer really helps lift and pull away the grit and combined with Alien Kleen, great results!
