Anyone know of a good place around Richmond VA to get quality wash?

I am traveling and need a good TBM wash. Any help appreciated.

Yeah I know it is. The beloved Taurus is our travel car, and the wife's DD. I thought a quick touchless and some WW would work, but after a good touchless and present inspection I'm not touching the paint.

I think choijw2 is in Richmond, his avatar says "Auto Detail RVA".

Why didn't you bring some rinseless with you (presuming it's above freezing down there)?

I have WG Uber concentrate with me and a spray bottle mixed at waterless ratio. It is just too cold here. If I had access to a garage it would be no problem.

I know there's members in Virginia, Son1c for sure, I know there's a bunch of others but I can't think of them. And of course, VA is a big state. Maybe start a thread with "Virginia Members" in the title?

How about using the self service style car wash. Just use their high pressure water. Bring your own two buckets, grit guards, wash mitt, drying towels and shampoo.

For $.89 you can buy gallons of distilled water and even do a spot-free rinse. For the price you would pay for a 2 bucket wash on vacation. You would spend far less on your own supplies. You could even buy two buckets at Walmart or big box hardware for $6-10. Recycle the buckets after you wash to save space.

As soon as water touches the paint it's frozen. It really needs to be indoors. I may just wait to get back to my garage.

I just won't look at it till then.
