Need advice on mach 1 mustang decals

This is my first post here most of the time i can find what i need by searching this time i can not. I see some people have mach 1 and have detailed some but a family member just bought a 2004 blue with the black stipes. My problem is i have never done a car with these stripes but you can see fine scratches , spiderwebs in them they are not cracked or badly damaged. Just wondering if you can you use a da on them or work them by hand with anything. I have mostly mequiars products and pads. thanks for any advice you give me.

I have a mach 1. I always just tape them off and do the whole car. I have yet to hear of anything to use on the vinyl itself. But mine generally stay clean. If they do seem dirty I will wipe them down with Pledge or Back to Black. If anything try the mach 1 registry!
