I recently made a website, within the last month or so, for a detailing business I started up. I have all the supplies i need, but the problem is I cannot get any work  I've tried advertising on a popular local website kijiji, similar to craigslist, but still nothing. I'm no professional, so I was hoping to get some tips and advice on ways to market myself better, or adjustments I should make to my website. Here is the website:

Auto Enthusiast Detailing

Good word of mouth and referrals build business. Look to a professional building locally and drop flyers or visit offices. Often times professionals (attorneys, accountants) will drop more $$ and also tell friends and local business partners is job is good or they see the goods while lunching together.

Hi,
Just stumbled across this and have some advice.
Your web page needs a static web address, I think mike posted how to get hosting on a shoestring budget. I use godaddy, the 14.95 a month hosting package, it allows me to have up to 999 pages, why would I want pages? That's part 2 of the web page, you need dynamic content and to keep adding it, that is why sites like autogeek come up first when looking for detailing, these forums add the dynamic content search engines love. For a detailing business its not an option to have a forum so you need to write your own articles, this will keep you on top of google search engines eventually... Look up SEO or search engine optimization.

Personally, business I get off my web page is allot less then word of mouth, the web does draw in customers but not as well as doing a good job can.
The web page and SEO is a second job onto itself..

I've designed a few websites in my time. One suggestion I would make is to flip the background image. It is too hard to read the text with the busy part of the image behind it.
