Need help choosing small polisher
My comment....
I get e-mails, PM's and FB messages all the time with questions that are better asked and then answered on this forum for a host of reason. One reason is more eyeballs see the questions and answers so more people are helped versus one set of eyeballs in an e-mail, PM or FB message.

I don't fancy the rupes mini as I find it loses power or stops sometimes ...I like the festool rotex. ..but costly
Can a 3" BP be used on the flex vg..
Please help advise

Hi Mervin,
“No” a 3” pad cannot be used on a Flex 3401.
If you want a small polisher for working tight areas then what a lot of guys use is a Griot’s Garage 6” DA Polisher with a 3” backing plate.
You might also consider the Flex PE14

My recommended buffing pads for the Flex PE14
