Hello,

Happy New Year to all:cheers:

Need some help from someone that could help me with small chip on a car.
I would like to fill it in and buff it rather then repaint 2 doors.
Vehicle is located in West Roxbury area.
Body shop wants almost $900 for it.

It's an Audi S4 on a driver door edge.
here is a pic, disregard white lines from a towel.

Please let me know if anyone could help.

Thanks much, Bart

Hi Bart!

That's a typical area that's unprotected and unfortunately takes a lot of abuse.

You could save yourself a boatload of money and get a bottle of color coded touch-up paint and just dab a drop or two onto the chip then let it dry. It's easy to do and will take you about 5 minutes and might cost $12.00 or so total.

Clean the area with standard Isopropyl Alcohol, let dry, and dab on the touch-up paint...

And chances are if it has chipped in the past it's going to chip into the future...

Red Sharpi or get the 64 Box of Crayola... fix any car...
