need some help

hey guys!

when reviewing forum posts i can open all videos but cant open any still pictures. i only get small white squares with red x's in them. nothing happens when i click on the red x to open the pic. what do i need to do?

any help would be greatly appreciated. Feed back please

Hey Bud,

Are these older posts or current ones? The reason I ask is if the photo is coming from an external host it's possible that the photo was removed there or the site might be down. Can you post the link pointing to the page your having difficulty with, if so I'll test it to confirm.
 
tks for getting back bobby. same problem with the new ones. most recent was 9:09 this am from tru sine on the 97 viper gts. ck and see if you get the photos.

The photos are hosted on Photobucket and show up fine on my work computer. If they are not showing up using your computer than there's probably a reason?

I know in your PM your tech guy said all your settings are right, I'm just not sure why else you would not be able to see Photobucket pictures.

Are you talking about your work PC or your home PC? What browser are you using (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari)?
Also, maybe it's a plugin like Java, Adobe Flash, or similar?
 
tks for your replies guys! mike hit the nail on the head when he told me to ck to see if photobucket was blocked. it was by one of our filters called safe eyes. for some strange reason they blocked the site several weeks ago.

anyway problem solved!
