I have always had problems coming up with something that will clean up that really nasty plastic chrome that we all come across. While doing a 2000 Explorer today I grabbed the Nevr-Dull Wadding Polish and started cleaning up the caps on the wheels thinking they were stainless. They were turning out really nice but was kind of a pain while on the rim so I decided to pull them off. Upon taking them off I discovered that they were plastic.

Anyway, I am amazed at how nice this turned out considering this plastic chrome stuff never seems to clean up when it gets this bad.

Wow! Huge difference! I use it on my plastic chrome but never new it was capable of that. Are you sure thats the same piece?

Great work!

You went and bought a new center cap, didn't you? I see how it is. Well, you're not pulling the wool over my eyes.:bat:

:D J/K! Looks awesome dude! :props:

It is amazing what a little chrome polish can do to dirty chrome.

That stuff has been around since WWll. I used it in the Navy in the 60's and still use it today.
