New car, need to keep instrument panel clean

What can I use to clean the clear instrument cover that won't leave scratches? I think whatever cloth I use is more important than the cleaner but this is one area that trial and error results in a scratched cover. This would also apply to the stereo display as well.

I'll dig into these options tomorrow. I need to keep the 2011 Mustang looking its best. Stripes go on the body tomorrow and when that is done I'll detail the inside and get some nice pics.
