I just bought a 2011 Chrysler 200 Sport in bright white. I'll get some pictures up but I am too exhausted from detailing the car all day. I just spent 4 hours using a clay bar and I haven't even finished the front and back bumpers. The paint is a nightmare with a bunch of harden specks of chemical orange fallout, and it's EVERYWHERE. But all my hard work is paying off and it's really looking good.

So tomorrow I plan on using Meguiars MF cutting and polishing pads paired up with D300 and D301. Then finish the wheels and windows and I'm done. I'll have some pictures of the orange fallout and the way the car looks after it's done tomorrow.

Nanoskin pad would cut about 3 plus hours off of your claying. Did you get the 3.6? Is it an S. I like both yours, and I the new style of those, but keep reading about people not liking the 9 speed transmission. Post pics ASAP.

Did you chemically decontaminate ?? My wife just got a Polar White Mercedes and you should have seen the all the purple spots on it when I applied Iron X .

I washed, Iron X , Clayed and washed again. Today I will polish then seal / wax.

Those orange dots might be from the rusted Brake dust imbedded into the CC. Might want to change to a better pad.

It's the 3.6 with a six speed automatic transmission. You were right about using the nano skin. I can't believe I forgot I had it. I ended up using compound on some scuffs and finishing it with some Meg's NXT wax.

I'll have some pictures soon, after I wash it of course. :)

Next time I walk by the auto detailing supply isle I will pick up some Iron X. I never thought I would need it. Boy was I wrong.
