Sure it can. Its all dependent on the quantity. So you could buy it from England and have it shipped because your not getting as much as when AG buys in bulk. Of course that only applies to air freight I think. So if you want AG to wait for shipment via ship...

It cannot ship via air, per Dodo Juice rules.
